* International Shipping fees will apply and vary per order and per destination. For international destinations shipping fees will range from £50+.

* International Destinations- In rare cases, some orders may experience an additional 1-2 weeks of transit time due to covid restrictions and safety measures.  

 

International orders may be subject to additional duties, customs, or carrier delivery fees. These fees would be covered directly by the customer with the customs & duty agency as they are country specific and at the discretion of the country’s Customs Office and not in our teams control.

Refund & Return policy

 

 

No returns, no refunds.

Each order is individually placed, and these limited edition prints are made to order. Therefore we emphasise the need to double check your order before completing your purchase and ensure you are happy with your purchase before checking out of the shopping cart. All sales are deemed final at checkout.

 

Returns will only be accepted if the artwork is defective due to a print or production error. To process a return, the damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

To complete your return, we will require proof of purchase along with evidence of the defect which you can email to hello@theroyaljesters.com. Shipping fees for the return will be handled by the customer.

 

Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you have an issue with your item, send us an email at hello@theroyaljesters.com explaining the need to exchange it for the same item, and you will receive instructions on where to send your item. Shipping fees for the exchange will be handled by the customer.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your exchange or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

 

 

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for any items being returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
